Product Information

All of our hair is 100% raw human hair, sourced ethically and unprocessed unless stated otherwise.

  • Due to the natural nature of raw hair, textures and color may vary slightly from bundle to bundle.

  • Product photos are for reference only; actual products may differ slightly in appearance.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and 3–7 business days for shipping (unless stated otherwise during peak sales or restocks).

  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Policy

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees

  • Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been shipped.
