Q: What type of hair do you sell?

We offer 100% raw human hair, sourced ethically from single donors in Southeast Asia, including raw Vietnamese and Burmese textures. Our bundles are completely unprocessed, meaning no chemical treatments, dyes, or synthetic fibers—just pure, long-lasting quality.

Q: What textures do you carry?

We currently offer Straight, Natural Wavy, and Burmese Curly textures in bundles, closures, and frontals. Each texture is carefully selected for its natural beauty and ability to hold styles well.

Q: What’s the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?

Raw hair is the purest form of human hair—completely unprocessed, with intact cuticles aligned in one direction. Virgin hair may be processed for texture or color, while raw hair is untouched and offers the most natural look and longest lifespan.

Q: How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our raw hair bundles can last 2–3 years or more. HD lace closures and frontals typically last 4–12 months, depending on use, installation method, and maintenance.

Q: Can the hair be colored or bleached?

Yes. Because our hair is raw and unprocessed, it can be dyed or bleached to your desired shade. We recommend using a professional colorist to maintain hair integrity.

Q: Do you offer local pickup or same-day delivery?

At this time, we operate as an online-only store. All orders are shipped directly to your door. However, stay tuned—local pickup options may become available in the future!

Q: How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

Q: How do I care for my bundles and lace products?
