Booking Policies

All sesrvices require a non-refundable deposit of $25. The deposit will be credited towards your appointment. Cash payment at the end of service.
Please arrive on time. There is a 10 minute grace period. After that you will be charge a $15 late fee.
Any cancellations must be made 24 hours prior. NO CALL NO SHOWS will be banned/unable to book future appointments. Unless you pay full price for service missed.
No extra guests allowed. Strictly enforced. Will cancel your appointment if you bring an extra guest.

FAQs

If you are choosing to add any sort of styling or extra services (curling, crimping, hair wash or cutting). Please make sure that you add it as an ‘ADD ON’.
Your natural hair must be detangled free of previous style or braids. Natural hair must be ready for the shampoo bowl or extra charge to detangle.
All drop off must include your name and appointment date/time. Please contact me via email/text to schedule drop off for color services.
All bundles and wigs must be washed and completely dry, ready for install upon appointment time. Lace must be completely clean & free of glue.
