Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions or hair care products.

Why?

For hygiene and safety reasons, once hair leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.

Order Issues (Wrong or Defective Item):

If you receive an incorrect or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos.

If your item is listed as pre-order or custom, please allow the full timeframe stated in the product description for fulfillment. These orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed.
