All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hair extensions or hair products once they have been:
- Installed
- Worn
- Altered (cut, colored, bleached, etc.)
- Removed from their original packaging
This policy is strictly enforced to maintain product integrity and hygiene standards.
Why Are All Sales Final?
For hygiene and safety reasons, hair extensions are considered personal-use items. Once the product leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Order Issues (Incorrect or Defective Items)
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product in its original condition
We will review the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.
Bundle & Fullness Responsibility
All bundles are sold based on length, not fullness.
- Longer lengths will naturally appear thinner at the ends
- Additional bundles are required for a fuller look, especially for lengths 24 inches and longer
Bundle recommendations are clearly provided on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these recommendations before purchasing.
We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to:
- Fullness preferences
- Number of bundles purchased
- Desired final look

Shipping & Delivery
- Please allow 1–3 business days for processing
- Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email
