Return & Refund Policy – Vashae Hair Extensions
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed.
Hair Care Responsibility
Vashae Hair Extensions is not responsible for issues resulting from improper installation, coloring, bleaching, or maintenance of the hair.
